I got my flute in 1972 when I joined elementary school band. I played through high school and put it down as I was just "tired" of practicing, etc. I started playing again 2 years ago - and it is like meeting an old friend!Material Tone Quality Price -

I have had my flute since 4th grade...probably 1968?...and it has always done me well. It is in the shipping container we are having shipped and, while I haven't played in many years I now have time to get back at it. I was given this flute through a Music and Arts exchange program when I was in 3rd grade and I played it until now (I got a 3SHB today), 11th grade. Although it's definitely below my skill level at this point, it's still a great student flute that I was able to play for 8 years (including marching band for 2) and only take in for servicing once. It's harder to have a full sound in the upper register with this flute but that's to be expected. Also, it did tarnish, and the plating completely wore off one of the keys, but again, this is after 8 years of use. It's a very good flute for any beginner.Material Tone Quality Price -

I got this from my older sister when she upgrade hers to intermediate level. Even she used it a lot in last two years(at least five hours everyday), the flute is still in great condition. Beautiful sound, very easy to play, feel comfortable in my hand, and the silver plate still very shiny. She take a good care of it. I absolutely love itMaterial Tone Quality Price -

I got this flute when I first started playing 6 years ago. It has held up great and gets a really good sound for a student flute. I was afraid of how it would respond to vibrato, but it handles it very well. Even though I am planning on upgrading to a nicer flute, I want to stay with this brand because it is very trustworthy and great quality.Material Tone Quality Price -

My mother got this flute in high school and have it to me last year to learn to play. It's been in our combined possession for about 26 and it still plays excellently. They're are quit a few scratches but that's definitely to be expected after so many years. This flute has an amazing tone and range.Material Tone Quality Price -
