I've had two of these piccolos and I love them both. They are great for marching band and concert band. The composite body is easy to maintain. The overall tone is nice and it is easy to play compared to a full silver body piccolo. The only advice I have is to clean the silver keys and mouthpiece each time you play, especially after marching outside. The silver will tarnish and the keys will rust if not maintained.
