Gemeinhardt Expands Sales Team

Gemeinhardt has announced several strategic changes to its management team: Ali Ryerson has accepted the position of artist in residence and flute specialist sales manager; and Bill Peterson has been promoted to national sales manager.

An internationally renowned jazz flutist and longtime Gemeinhardt clinician, Ryerson has performed extensively in festivals worldwide and venues ranging from Carnegie Hall to the Blue Note to the Kennedy Center. She has also released nearly two dozen albums on major jazz labels.

Peterson is a lifelong musician and veteran of the music industry, serving for over 25 years as district sales manager for KMC, Fender, and currently as manufacturer’s representative for Gemeinhardt, Getzen, Kala, and St. Louis Music. He began his sales career as an inside sales representative with KMC and was promoted to district sales manager for Minnesota and Western Wisconsin in 1990. Peterson then moved back to Connecticut as district sales manager for Fender, and subsequently principal of Direct Line Marketing.
